Effective July 20, 2026, this policy explains how Talesveil handles information when you use talesveil.com.

Information we collect

• Email addresses submitted with explicit consent.
• Search text for up to 30 days, followed by deletion of the raw text and retention of aggregated, non-identifying intent signals.
• Product events only after analytics consent. PostHog does not receive email addresses or search text from Talesveil.

Why we use it

We use this information to understand demand, improve recommendations, measure whether discovery is useful, and send recommendations and product updates when you have requested them.

Service providers

• Railway hosts the Talesveil application and database.
• PostHog processes consented product analytics. Talesveil does not send PostHog email addresses or search text.
• Fireworks processes search text when it is needed to structure a discovery request.
• Apify is used to ingest catalog information from public sources. Apify does not receive email addresses or search text from Talesveil.

Your choices

You may decline analytics, withdraw email consent, or request access or deletion by contacting support@talesveil.com.
